Young volunteers help to clean up Albany waterfront

Ducks swim blissfully at Albany Mudflat

Several different kinds of ducks swim blissfully at Albany Mudflat Sunday. No oiled birds were seen at the Albany shoreline in recent days. Cleaning workers for the Cosco Busan Oil Spill have left. Most of Albany’s waterfront area is open to visitors now, but the beach remains closed. Photo by Linjun Fan.
