MacGregor construction class gets support from community

    Greg Armstrong

Greg Armstrong-Mazul of MacGregor High School of Albany prepares to cut a board at his construction class. The class is taught by a volunteer teacher Mark Kalman, who brings his own tools for students to practice carpentry. Kalman is now able to purchase new gear and material for the class with the recent donation of $1,000 from Albany Education Foundation. Photo by Linda (Linjun) Fan.

      Dear Mr. Giganti,

Please feel free to use the photo and the text on your website, just identifying that Albany Today is the original source and if possible, put a link back here.

      Best,
